The Nanoelectronics Research Center is a cutting-edge research laboratory dedicated to advancing research in the field of nanoelectronics. Founded in 2023, our lab specializes in the production of high quality research materials, the manufacture of high purity single crystal bulk materials, the production of 2D materials, and the fabrication of nano/micro sensors/circuits.

 

In order to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and quality, our lab uses laser lithography, very high vacuum deposition systems, and various characterization methods such as scanning electron/transmission microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, atomic/electric/magnetic force microscopy. We are proud to be at the forefront of nanoelectronics research and are committed to delivering the highest quality results.
